Requests for booking that do not follow the requests of my Etiquette and Expectations section will be ignored.

For email requests, please provide a phone number as well. VOIP phone numbers cannot be accepted.

Screening information is required, and no exceptions will be made.

 

For screening, please provide as many as possible of the following:
-Work info (site, LinkedIn, etc.)

-ID Photo + a selfie with ID (required)

-2 provider references
